Knives forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon stainless steel to ensure outstanding strength. Compound tapered blade is laser tested for sharpness and the correct cutting angle. Synthetic handles are compression-riveted to the full tang of the blade. Dishwashing safe, though hand washing recommended; backed by lifetime warranty; made in Germany.
